Imagine this... It's ten thirty in the evening...It's your
normal time to go to bed, but you haven't been able to sleep properly for
months, and you know it's due to anxiety, worry, stress, call it what you
will. You're worrying about everything these days and it's getting worse. You
tried pills from the chemist, and although you slept they made you feel hung
